Delete your SnuudUp account and data

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your SnuudUp account directly in the app:

1. Open SnuudUp.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the safety prompts.

Which data is deleted

Your login, profile, dogs, activities, feedings, documents, stored images and other app data linked to your account will be deleted unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require further storage.

If you no longer have access to the app

Email us from the email address of your SnuudUp account at [email protected].

Subject: Delete account

We will verify the request and delete your account and associated app data after verification.
