Scope

These terms apply to visiting this website, using the information provided and signing up for the SnuudUp launch list. Separate app terms will apply to the SnuudUp app when it is published in the stores.

Website content

The content on snuudup.app informs about the SnuudUp app, its features and launch. Screenshots, texts, designs and technical flows may be updated before store release.

We try to provide correct and current information, but we cannot guarantee that all content is always complete, current or error-free.

Launch list

You can sign up for SnuudUp launch updates with your email address. The signup uses double opt-in. We only add you to the launch list after you confirm your email address.

Signing up is voluntary and free. You can unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting [email protected].

No replacement for veterinary advice

SnuudUp supports structure, motivation and documentation in everyday life with dogs. Website information and app features do not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice. For health questions or emergencies, contact a veterinarian.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse this website or the launch list, including unlawful purposes, automated mass signups, security attacks, spam, manipulation or actions that impair website operation.

Copyright and trademarks

Texts, logos, graphics, designs and other website content are protected by copyright or trademark law. Use beyond legally permitted cases requires prior consent from the respective rights holders.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence in essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
